We are currently hiring for Recycling Technician This position involves the safe operations of machines, inspection of plastic horticultural containers and other plastics.

Responsibilities:
Inspect and sort materials by plastic type.
Remove contaminants (cardboard, metal, film) from sorting line.
Load material onto conveyor belt.
Monitor line for quality of material.
Machine basics (stopping, starting and estop).
Monitor equipment performance.
Break down boxes and crates.
Run Baler machine.
Set up gaylord's, package and label material to prepare to ship.
Process P.

and production paperwork.
Communicate with operators and material handlers.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Report any safety issues to supervisor.
Inspect equipment and clean dryer screens.
Climb ladder to platform and clean vibe screens.
Requirements:
Must be able to bend, twist, climb, stand and lift items of up to 50lb Teamwork is a key value to the organization and working collaboratively with others is a must Attention to detail Must be able to work a 12hr 2/2/3 schedule Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
