Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers in a manufacturing environment - Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met - Train and mentor production team members - Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures - Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes - Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance activities - Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency - Oversee inventory management and materials handling Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of basic math and ability to perform calculations accurately - Experience in assembly, fabrication, or warehouse operations - Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers - Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in manufacturing processes - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control Note:
