We want someone who will proactively solve problems and manage the house like it was their home.
As housekeeper and assistant for our family (two adults, a cat, and chickens), you will perform duties such as:
Maintenance cleaning (e.
g.
, weekly vacuuming/dusting, cleaning bathrooms and floors) and periodic heavy cleaning (e.
g.
, windows, kitchen deep clean, etc.
) Changing bedding and linens Laundry and ironing Errands such as:
Taking things to Goodwill Prepping items for shipping and taking to UPS (United Parcel Service) Grocery shopping Other shopping and errands in the local area Keeping track of necessary household supplies and purchasing as needed Taking pets to vet appointments as needed Light gardening (sweeping porch, watering flowerpots/planters, ) This is a 16 hour a week position preferably divided into four 4-hour days, any day Monday through Friday between 9 am and 6 pm.
Compensation:
$20/hour.
The ideal candidate should like animals, have a reliable vehicle, and excellent references.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
